We use your information to process investments and transactions, verify your identity according to current regulations, send you updates about your investments and projects, improve our services and user experience, comply with legal and regulatory obligations (CNV, UIF, AFIP), and communicate important changes to our terms or services.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data with real estate developers (limited information necessary for investment), regulatory entities when required by law, service providers who assist us in operations (payment processing, secure storage), and in case of merger or acquisition of the company.

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your information: SSL/TLS encryption for all communications, two-factor authentication (2FA), periodic security audits, restricted access to personal data only to authorized personnel, and servers located in certified data centers in Argentina.

In accordance with Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection and applicable regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data, request portability of your information, object to the processing of your data, and revoke your consent at any time.
6. Data retention
We retain your information for the time necessary to fulfill the described purposes and legal obligations. Financial data is retained for the period required by Argentine tax regulations (10 years).
