These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the infodesarrollada.com platform operated by Infodesarrollada S.A. By using our services, you accept these terms in their entirety.
1. Definitions
Platform: The website infodesarrollada.com and all its associated services. User/Investor: Any individual or legal entity that uses the platform to invest. Project: Each real estate venture available for collective investment. Developer: The company or person responsible for the real estate project.
2. Eligibility
To use the platform you must be over 18 years old, reside in Argentina or be an Argentine citizen, have legal capacity to contract, provide accurate and up-to-date information, and comply with identity verification processes (KYC).
3. Nature of service
Infodesarrollada acts as a technological intermediary between investors and real estate developers. We do not guarantee specific returns or the successful completion of projects. Each investment carries risks that you must evaluate.
4. Investment process
When investing in a project: you confirm having read all available documentation, accept the specific terms of each project, understand that your capital is subject to risks, and commit to maintaining funds for the established term.
5. Risks
Real estate investments involve risks including partial or total loss of invested capital, delays in project execution, variations in expected returns, real estate market risks, and regulatory changes affecting investments.
6. Fees and costs
Our fees are detailed in each project. They may include investment management fee, transfer costs, and other properly disclosed operational expenses.
7. Intellectual property
All platform content (texts, graphics, logos, software) is the property of Infodesarrollada S.A. and is protected by Argentine and international intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of liability
Infodesarrollada shall not be liable for indirect damages, investment losses derived from user decisions, actions of third parties (developers), or force majeure. Our maximum liability is limited to fees actually charged.
9. Dispute resolution
Any dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic, with exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of Buenos Aires City.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be notified 30 days in advance and will take effect on the indicated date.
